It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream | Foundation Review
Have you heard of It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream? If not, where have you been? I swear I see this stuff everywhere, Instagram, Youtube, other blogs. Everyone was raving about this foundation at every corner of internet. Last October I finally bit the bullet and picked up this hyped up product. And did it live up to all the praise it got? Let's get into it.
To start, the CC Cream comes in 12 shades and I personally use the shade Fair which is the palest shade they do. It suits me just fine, undertone might be a little bit off but it's not a big deal. It has SPF 50+ and it covers UVA and UVB physical sunscreen. I'd still recommend you wear separate SPF though! It comes in a tube packaging with a pump and I really like it. It's amazing for travel and one pump is exactly enough product for face. There's a an Illuminating and Oil Free Matte version out too but I've never tried them. Oh and there's 30ml in it.
By the way, this CC Cream is infused with an anti-aging serum made with peptides, vitamins, hydrolyzed collagen and antioxidants. The serum reduces the look of wrinkles and pores. At 21, wrinkles aren't my main concern but my skin definitely feels plumped up when I use this and my pores do look blurred.
Now It Cosmetics says this a full coverage product but I say they're wrong. It's light to medium coverage at most but honestly that's why I love it. I live for light and dewy coverage and that's exactly what I get with this. Definitely knocks back redness and dark circles but you can build it to medium if you want. I rarely do, personal preference. Also my god, the glow this leaves on your skin! I swear my skin looks glossy with this CC Cream, Christ it's beautiful. Powdering takes it down a notch but some how the shine fights through.
Your Skin But Better lasts like a dream too. I work as a waitress, I wear this on busy days where I'll be rushing about and it still holds at the end of an eight hour shift. While it will wear down, it doesn't go patchy or break up around my nose. Also bonus points: it doesn't sink into my smile lines, which most foundations do.
So overall, I love the Your Skin But Better CC Cream. It evens out my skintone beautifully, leaves the most amazing sheen finish to the skin and lasts so damn well. I can't ask for much in a base product. I really recommend picking up a tube of it. Have you tried this CC Cream? And are you a fan of it?
